The group reserves : at the price of $1,700 for single occupancy (parishioner), at the price of $2,800 for double occupancy (double occupancy is in the same niche) (parishioner), at the price of $2,000 for single occupancy (non-parishioner), at the price of $3,400 for double occupancy (non-parishioner)
The signatories agree that payment will be made in the following manner (please check)

A deposit of at least $500 and monthly checks for the remaining amount divided by twelve (ex: $1,700-$500 = $1,200 divided by 12 = $100 per month)
